Client: Private
Delivery: 2017
In collaboration with ALMW Architectures and 14MC, Economist/Execution Manager

The purpose of the project is the redevelopment of two apartments in workspace which can also be used as accommodation for the Client and his collaborators. The main area serves as both a meeting room or as a kitchenette / dining / living room.

The kitchenette made of marquina marble is hidden behind white lacquered doors. The television is installed in a black niche, concealed by sliding panels, near the new library in the living room.

The white color dominates to allow capturing and diffusing a maximum of natural light coming from courtyards of the building. The black tinted parquet flooring and the manufactured furniture chosen for the project contribute to creating a resolutely contemporary ambience.
